Shruti is graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering. She learned about India's incredibly distinct culture while preparing for her MBA exams, and got aware of various social movements that sensitized her towards the prevalent social issues that she believes is crucial for peace and harmony in both personal and professional life. The leadership skills exhibited by Jyotiba Phule, Savitribai Phule, Mahatma Gandhi, B.R. Ambedkar, and APJ Abdul Kalam had a profound influence on her. She enjoys swimming, yoga, and freestyle dancing.
