Placements begin with pre placement talks. Organisations share what they do, the roles they offer and what they look for. This helps you understand fit and choose the right opportunities.
3. You choose where to apply
Scholars submit Expressions of Interest for companies they resonate with. Recruiters then conduct interviews, case rounds, assignments or technical tests depending on the role.
