About the Module
A unique feature of Vedica is its 'Shadow a Woman Leader' Module. This compelling six-week Module exposes our Scholars to successful, senior women leaders, who are at the helm of prominent organisations in India and overseas. During this term, they mimic an 'EA to a CEO' role and practice key skills before joining the workforce. The objective is to combine practical insight into management practice with a focus on women's leadership styles.

Student Experience

"I still can't believe I have experienced so much in just six weeks - I was part of the organising team of MINT awards & the Cologne Pride parade; took over their Instagram account for a week, completed two projects and did a Kitchen Talk (Telekom's own version of TED talk) - all too exciting!"

"Aditi's communication & leadership style is exemplary - it's assertive and highly effective. I learnt so much under her and a pre-placement offer from one of India's fastest-growing digital entertainment companies was a cherry on top."

"My Shadow Module was at ReNew Power under Vaishali Nigam Sinha (Chief CSR, Sustainability & Communications Officer). I had a great experience there as I got to work on a live project with their Digital Technology Team."
