The Young Managers’ Council helps us stay ahead by bringing fresh ideas and global insights from leading business schools such as Harvard, Yale, HEC Paris, IIM Ahmedabad, FMS Delhi, and ISB.

Made up of dynamic young professionals and recent MBA graduates, the Council shares real-time perspectives that strengthen our four learning tracks and keep the Vedica experience relevant, practical, and future-ready.

Prabhu Nandipati

Consultant, Bain & Company

Prabhu is a Consultant at Bain & Company, India. He holds an MBA from IIM Bangalore, where he featured on the Director’s Merit List, and an undergraduate degree from BITS Pilani. Passionate about technology, ecological conservation, and anime, he spends his free time gaming or heading out on short treks.

Saumya Sudhir

Product Manager, Emirates NBD

Saumya is a Digital Strategy Manager with an MBA from London Business School and five years of experience across product management, digital strategy, and UI/UX design. Her work spans digital transformation across consumer goods, technology, healthcare, and banking. Committed to inclusive design and gender equity, she mentors women and contributes to social impact initiatives that promote leadership and diversity.

Rangoli Gupta

Growth Consultant, London

Rangoli is an Impact Consultant based in London. She has worked with the United Nations Development Programme and early-stage ventures, leading growth and strategy initiatives across climate and impact innovation ecosystems. She holds an MBA from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.

Varun Sharma

Senior Associate, Intellecap

Varun is a Senior Associate at Intellecap with over six years of experience across consulting, project management, and enterprise support. He has worked with climate enterprises in India and Indonesia, and with state governments to strengthen public healthcare systems. An MBA graduate from the Indian School of Business and a Young India Fellow from Ashoka University, he brings an interdisciplinary approach to solving complex challenges across sectors.

Suhasini Srirangam

Global, Diversity and Inclusion Analyst, ABB

Suhasini is a Global Diversity and Inclusion Specialist at ABB. A Vedica Scholar from the 2021 batch, she holds an undergraduate degree in English Literature and has prior experience in marketing and investment banking, building a strong foundation in business and communication.

Arnav Dewan

Consultant, Bain & Company

Arnav is a Consultant at Bain & Company, where he works in the Private Equity practice. He has led strategy and performance improvement projects across consumer products, higher education, and healthcare. He holds an MBA from IIM Calcutta, a CEMS MiM, and a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from IIT Bombay. Beyond work, he founded a mental health awareness NGO.

Esha Lalwani

Product Marketing Manager, Meta

Esha is a product marketing leader based in London with over seven years of experience in the tech sector. She currently works at Meta and has previously held roles at Google, JioSaavn, Deloitte, and several high-growth startups. An MBA graduate from London Business School, she is passionate about translating complex AI and ML technologies into human-centred solutions that drive growth and meaningful impact.

Ayati Arvind

Finance & Strategy Professional, New York

Ayati is a finance and strategy professional with experience across investment banking, distressed investing, and venture capital. She has worked at Houlihan Lokey, Sixth Street, and most recently served as an Investment Partner at Campus Fund. A graduate of the University of Virginia with a B.S. in Commerce, she completed her MBA at The Wharton School, where she also worked with Estée Lauder’s Strategy and Transformation team. She brings strong analytical instincts and cross-sector experience to her work in finance and leadership.
