  • B.Tech Food Technology | 2 years with PHD Chamber of Commerce

I was born and raised in New Delhi. My passion for learning new things led me to the field of food technology. I did my Btech in Food Technology from Amity University, batch of 2013-2017. During my graduation, I had the opportunity to intern with some FMCG companies like Haldiram and GSK, to learn about their goods and technological initiatives. My internships taught me that I am more interested in the marketing and managerial parts of the industry than in the technical aspects. I worked as an Executive Officer in the Agribusiness and Food Processing industry for PHD Chamber of Commerce for two years. My role was to contribute to numerous research initiatives to develop a policy framework that gives policymakers an unbiased perspective. PHD chamber gathers and distils information from a variety of sources to give various perspectives and proposals on the best path forward, including its benefits and drawbacks. This experience allowed me to become well-versed in all of the sector's difficulties and challenges, as well as interact closely with industry members and government officials such as the Ministry of Food Processing, FSSAI.
In my spare time, I enjoy connecting with other people over a cup of coffee. I also like dancing, travelling, and trying new cuisines because I am a big foodie.
I would like to read myself as a person in work in progress.
