Lalita Kumari Sengar belongs to Gwalior, a small and historical city of Madhya Pradesh. She was born in Ajnala, Punjab, and brought up in various cities across the country as her dad was in the Border Security Force. She has completed her schooling from various schools. In school, she was an all rounder and participated in various co-curricular activities. She has been offered many leadership roles such as the head of school, cultural secretary and sports captain. For her graduation, she has finished her BA Programme from SOL, Delhi University. She enjoys cleaning, gardening, baking and dancing in her free time. She wishes to become a skilled, independent and powerful woman.
