Ishika completed her graduation in the field of economics from Delhi University post which she was introduced to the area of Learning and Development and found her interest into it. She started her professional journey with a Training and Development organization in the capacity of an Associate Business Consultant and was mentored by Mr. Magan Kalra (ranked amongst the Top 10 trainers in the world by DC & Associates in 2005 - 2006) post which she worked with EHL Advisory Services, knowledge and development arm of EHL Education Group, Switzerland in the capacity of an Associate for South Asia and Myanmar region.
She has the ability and willingness to take complete ownership to deliver results and build rapport with people she works with.
She is a passionate dancer, story teller, traveler and loves to spend time with her family. She strongly resonates with a quote by Paulo Coelho - "People are capable, at any times in their lives of doing what they dream of".
