Vedica Scholars Programme for Women
New Delhi: The Vedica Scholars Programme for Women has received a promising response from recruiters for its third batch of Scholars. KPMG, Nestlé, SoulTree, Google, Deloitte, Core Diagnostics, EY, FSSAI, Tata Trusts and Max Group are among the companies that have returned to recruit graduating scholars.
Vedica offers an 18-month, professional certificate in management practice and leadership. The curriculum has been crafted to meet the expectations of today’s employers. With management practice at its core, the curriculum is integrated with modules in liberal arts, communication skills, personal growth and leadership.
Vedica is now inviting applications for the Class of 2020. Seats are filled on a first come first serve basis. Each cohort at Vedica is a healthy mix of fresh graduates and young working women. Achievement-oriented women with an undergraduate degree and desire to excel professionally can apply.

Flexing It are some of the new recruiters that came to campus this
year. Vedica Scholars were placed in a wide range of sectors including
Consulting, Manufacturing, Policy, FMCG, Education and Healthcare across
functions such as Finance, HR, Sales & Marketing and Strategy. Some of the
commonly offered roles include Capability Building Managers (Founder’s Team),
Business Analysts, Consultants, Research Analysts, Associate Manager -
Strategic Projects. Average salaries are over INR 9 lakhs and higher salaries are upwards of INR 20 lakhs.
