A Communication and EI Coach, Amit Kumar has more than 25 years of diverse experience as facilitator, L&OD consultant, instructional design specialist, and journalist in organizations across India, USA, Nepal and Mauritius. Notably, he has worked with The World Bank as a Senior Knowledge Management Officer. He has an MA in English Literature from Hindu College and an MSc in Computer and Information Science from Cleveland State University.
