The ‘Shadow a Woman Leader’ module gives every Vedica Scholar a rare opportunity to experience leadership up close. For five immersive weeks, Scholars work alongside senior women in business, government, development, media, and the arts. They see how real decisions are made, how teams are built, and how influence is earned. This is where learning turns into lived experience.
