Tripti Desai

Dr Tripti P Desai started her academic journey from IIM-Ahmedabad, where she retrained in Managerial Teaching after working in Industry for 5 years.Post her experience at IIM-A, where she was, for 5 years, she has been teaching, researching, training, and consulting for more than 33 years. She was an assessor with leading consulting companies including Ernst & Young and Deloitte. Dr Desai has presented papers and chaired symposiums in International and National conferences. She regularly reviews papers for the conference of the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology {SIOP)-USA. She has been and is an Independent Director with 4 Vodafone Idea non-Telco companies. She is also a member of the Managing Committee of a Education Society which runs 5 leading Public schools in Delhi and NCR. Dr Desai is also a member of the Governing council of a Manpower Management Centre, a Non profit Organization.
