Rohit Kapoor

Rohit Kapoor is currently the CEO of Food Marketplace at Swiggy. He was previously the CEO of New Real Estate Business at OYO Rooms. He has 18 years of diverse experience across management consulting and industry. He worked with Mckinsey & Company for nearly a decade, leading several engagements in Banking & Insurance in India, South East Asia, and Canada. He was also the co-leader of Mckinsey India\’s recruitment team and led learning & development. Rohit also had stints with Usha Martin, a leading NBFC, and Eli Lilly Ranbaxy. He holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business and is a certified Chartered Financial analyst (CFA Institute, USA). Rohit joined Max India in June 2012 and has made a notable contribution toward strengthening & executing the business strategy and performance management functions. He also led Project Uday and is a Governing Council member in Ma Bupa. He is Board Member at Antara Senior Living, MSF & Max One.
