Rajiv Kapuria

Rajiv Kapuria is an accomplished business and HR leader with extensive experience in leading businesses and transformational change at the enterprise level. He has held key leadership roles in HR, talent management, operations and integrations for ten years at Halliburton before bringing his expertise to the Board of Directions at HLS Asia Limited, a Haliburton Joint Venture, as well as an advisory, strategy and operations consulting role with Deloitte Consulting. Other hats he has worn include : Managing Director at Arkay Business Solutions, Mentor for Rice Alumni. Rajiv is recognised for spearheading strategy formulation and sponsoring and driving change through digital technologies and shaping organisational culture and effectiveness. He holds a Bachelor of Technology from IIT Kanpur and an MBA from The Jones Graduate School of Business at Rice University.
