James Lockhart

James has been on leadership and organisational development in multi-national organisations for over 30 years, in 2007 he established Lockhart Executive Development LTD to support organisations globally through coaching leaders on strategy development and strategic execution, team development and transformational change. In 2016, in the aftermath of Brexit, he established Lockhart Executive Development SL and is a Spanish permanent resident.
