Chavi Behl

Chavi Behl is a pioneer in the field of education, having dedicated her life to helping students reach their full potential. With over 20 years of experience as a senior school teacher, Vice principal and paper checker with both ISC and CBSE board exams, Chavi has honed her skills as an educator and developed a strong understanding of what it takes to help students succeed. Chavi\’s passion for teaching and guiding students began during her time as a postgraduate at The Delhi School of Economics. It was here that she realized that every student has the potential to excel if they are given the right tools and guidance. This realization sparked a lifelong mission for Chavi – to create process that focuses on helping students discover their hidden talents and abilities. As the founder of PeakPotentia, Chavi has finally been able to bring her vision to life. Her organization is built around the idea that if students are taught to focus, explore and balance, they are able to reach their highest potential. The organisation aims to provide students and educational institutions with the support, guidance and resources they need to succeed. Prior to founding Peak Potentia, Chavi spent 10 years as the Vice Principal at The Shri Ram School Aravali Senior school. During her tenure, she played a key role in shaping the educational programs and initiatives of the school, and continuously guided students to understand the process of learning and achieve academic excellence.  Today, Chavi continues to inspire and guide students to be their best selves through her work at Peak Potentia. She is truly a passionate educator who believes in empowering students to discover their limitless potential.
