With over 5 years of experience in policy research, analysis, and training, Sourya is a passionate and skilled Public Policy program coordinator at Centre for Civil Society, a leading think tank and advocacy organization in India. His work @CCS involves promoting the principles of liberty, choice, and accountability in public policy and governance, and to empower citizens and civil society actors to engage in policy discourse and action. As a program coordinator, he is responsible for researching, designing, delivering, and managing various policy training and outreach initiatives, including credit courses at universities, lectures at campuses, and online courses. Additionally, he is also a freelance legal consultant, providing legal opinions and documentation services for various clients, including but not limited too, CSOs, NGOs, B2B service providers, and talent management agencies. Sourya holds a dual honors degree in business law and intellectual property rights, and is an advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi. Sourya is also the founder and chief editor of Arguendo, a platform for legal/policy awareness. He is also a trained and experienced facilitator, with experience managing groups of various sizes.
