TD Chandrasekhar

For three decades now, T. D. Chandrasekhar (called TD by friends) has been involved with businesses, first as a practicing executive and later as an external expert. In his current role as a coach, facilitator and a consultant for over a decade, he has coached over 200 senior executives, facilitated over a 1000 corporate programs, covering more than 15000 executives. As an invited speaker, he has addressed over 100 occasions including initiatives like TEDx. His focus has primarily been on excellence, creativity and innovation both at individual and organization levels with leading business organizations in India and overseas. His last corporate role was as Country head, India of Ameriprise Financial, which he setup and led till he started on his next phase. In his executive roles, he was known to focus both on professional excellence and personal wellbeing of staff as he believed strongly on the concept of sustainable business success hinging on motivated minds. He also loves interacting with students and teaching. At home, playing with his twin daughters bring him unbounded joy. The book he co-wrote with his close friend Br.Prasanna Swaroopa – Good Values Great Business- has given him an immense joy. The book has been dedicated to the millions of youngsters who join the workforce every year. He has been involved with Vedica from the very first batch. He takes courses such as – Mind of a Leader, Case Study Methodology, Consulting skills. He strongly believes in Vedica’s cause.
