- 3-month pre-term (primarily online + Vedica Transition Lab – immersive experiences)
- 12 months residential/on-campus learning
- Internship
- Shadow a Woman Leader module

The pre-term focuses on:

Is the pre-term fully online?
The pre-term is primarily online, with select immersive/offsite experiences planned in person.
What is the Vedica Transition Lab?
The Vedica Transition Lab is a new immersive learning experience designed to help students build confidence, adaptability, leadership stamina, and workplace readiness through experiential learning and outdoor engagement in Dehradun.
Is there a separate fee for the Vedica Transition Lab?
No. All costs for the Vedica transition lab will be covered by Vedica for every scholar including travel, stay and any other expenses.Â
What are the timings for online sessions during the pre-term?
Session schedules will be shared in advance and designed keeping working professionals and different student needs in mind.
What happens if I miss an online session? Are sessions recorded?
Most sessions will be recorded for academic support purposes. However, students are encouraged to attend live sessions as participation and interaction are important parts of the learning experience.
Hostel & Campus Life
When is the hostel available?
Hostel access will be available from January 2, 2027, until December 2027.
Is staying in the hostel mandatory?
Yes. Hostel accommodation is mandatory for all students.
Students with caregiving responsibilities or under special circumstances may apply for an exemption, subject to prior written approval from the Dean.
What facilities are available in the hostel?
The hostel includes:
Fully furnished accommodation
Wi-Fi and common spaces
Security and access control
Housekeeping support
Dining and recreational facilities
How safe is the hostel and campus environment?
Student safety is a core priority at Vedica. The campus and hostel have controlled access, security personnel, and structured student support systems. Many families choose Vedica specifically because of the supportive and secure environment created for women students.

The total landed cost of the programme, including taxes, is ₹12,50,800 lakhs.
What does the ₹12.5 lakh landed cost include?
The cost includes tuition, programme-related learning experiences, and residential support components, as communicated by the admissions team, as well as GST.
Internship & Career Support
Is the internship mandatory?
The internship is mandatory for freshers.
Is the internship optional for candidates with work experience?
Yes. Candidates with prior work experience may choose whether or not to participate in the internship period.
Does Vedica help students secure internships?
Yes. Vedica supports students through guidance, industry connections, and placement assistance during the internship process.
What happens during the internship period for experienced candidates who opt out?
Experienced candidates who do not pursue the internship may engage in advanced career transition support, independent projects, leadership modules, or career acceleration activities.

Has the academic rigour reduced because the structure changed?
No. The programme continues to deliver the same 1100+ academic hours, with the redesign intended to improve learning outcomes, transition readiness, and student experience.

Every Scholar receives placement support and an assured opportunity. The Class of 2024 saw an average salary of INR 8.5 Lakh and a highest of INR 20 Lakh.
Why is the Programme 18 months long?
Eighteen months allow time for both academic and personal transformation. It includes all the elements of a one-year MBA along with Vedica’s unique learning tracks.
