About the Vedica x HWU
Global MBA Pathway
Heriot-Watt University is a global institution with campuses in Scotland, Dubai and Malaysia, and more than 30 years of excellence through the Edinburgh Business School.
After completing the 18 month Vedica Programme, Scholars can transition into the HWU MBA with advanced standing.

Programme Eligibility
You can apply if you:
- Have completed The Vedica Scholars Programme for Women
- Apply within three years of graduating
This pathway is available only to Vedica alumni.
To complete the MBA, you finish:
- Three remaining core courses and three optional courses (or)
- Three remaining core courses and three specialist courses if you choose an MBA with a Specialism
What Vedica Scholars Receive
Vedica graduates are exempt from three MBA core courses:
- Strategic Marketing
- Financial Decision Making
- Delivering and Executing Strategy
How the Programme Works
The structure offers both a reduced fee and a shorter route to an international degree.
